Set up time: Thursday, June 2nd from 1:00-5:00pm.
Take down time: Saturday, June 4th, 4:15-7:30pm. Building must be vacated by 7:30pm.

For load in/out only, follow the yellow highlighted route to the Orange Gate off of Fairview Dr. Once in the fairgrounds, drive to marked loading zones at the Showplex building.
During the conference on Friday and Saturday, use the Blue Parking lot and Blue Gate to enter. Parking adjacent to the Showplex is not available.

Advance Shipments
You are welcome to have advance shipments arrive at the conference location. Due to space limitations, our venue cannot accept shipments before Monday the week of our event. You can also ship out from the conference site, but shipments must be scheduled for pick up the Monday after the conference. In order to ensure packages are picked up on the following Monday you must work with your shipper and schedule your packages to be picked up on Monday, June 6th. Please respect these shipment times as the facility has limited storage for shipments.
