Friday, April 25th 10:30 – 3:30 pm; 4:30 – 6:15 pm

Saturday, April 26th 10:15 – 4:15 pm

 

Vendor Hall Set Up & Take Down

Set up time: Thursday, April 24th from 1:00-5:00pm.

Take down time: Saturday, April26th, 4:15-6:30pm. Building must be vacated by 7:00pm.

Advance Shipments

You are welcome to have advance shipments arrive at the conference location. Due to space limitations, our venue cannot accept shipments before Monday the week of our event. You can also ship out from the conference site, but shipments must be scheduled for pick up the Monday after the conference. In order to ensure packages are picked up on the following Monday you must work with your shipper and schedule your packages to be picked up on April, 28th. Please respect these shipment times as the facility has limited storage for shipments.
