Set Up & Take Down

Set up:        Thursday, April 27 from 1:00-5:00 pm.
Take down:  Saturday, April 29, 4:15-7:30 pm. The building must be vacated by 7:30 pm.

Loading Zone

After entering at the main church entrance off of 108th Ave SE, continue past the front doors and park along the sidewalk before entering the parking lot in the rear.  Signs will be posted. 


Advance Shipments

You are welcome to have advance shipments arrive at the conference location. Due to space limitations, our venue cannot accept shipments before Monday the week of our event. You can also ship out from the conference site, but shipments must be scheduled for pick up the Monday after the conference. In order to ensure packages are picked up on the following Monday you must work with your shipper and schedule your packages to be picked up on Monday, May 1. Please respect these shipment times as the facility has limited storage for shipments.
