Dr. McLeod is relentless in a pursuit to compassionately teach with a biblical worldview. He served in the Navy, answered a call to full-time ministry, and established Calvary Revival Church Chesapeake. After spending his early ministry years attempting to pull young people from the kingdom of darkness with the world’s methods, the Lord led him to the Bible and the critical need for constant, fervent Spirit-led biblical family discipleship. Carlton and Donna home educate their three children.

Rick is a former Texas State Representative, speaker, author, and radio host. He is cohost on WallBuilders Live!, a radio program with David Barton, and author and executive producer of Constitution Alive, an engaging U.S. Constitution study. He and his wife, Kara, founded Patriot Academy to train leaders in applied civics with a biblical, historical, and constitutional foundation. They have homeschooled their four kids for seventeen years.
