RV Parking

  1. After registering for the conference, you can reserve your RV parking directly with the Puyallup Fairgrounds staff. 
  2. When you make reservations, you can begin your stay starting the first day of the conference on Thursday afternoon and stay until after the conference on Saturday evening. However, if you wish to stay overnight on Saturday night, you must include this in your reservation. Anyone staying over until Sunday morning must vacate the premises before 1:00 pm on Sunday. 
  3. If you plan to leave Saturday evening after the conference, please see the RV Host who is located at the front entrance of the Orange Lot by the big sign that says RV Host to arrange to leave Saturday evening. You must make these verbal arrangements with the RV Host the day you arrive 
  4. Cost: $35 per night. No refunds. No reservations without payment. Visa, Mastercard, and Discover Card accepted. 
  5. Request the Orange Lot which has full hookups (electric, water, and sewer) and is on 5th Street. If the Orange Lot is full, request the Green Lot which also has full hookups and is on 5th St and 15th Ave. A dump station is available on the Green Lot.  
  6. No tents and no restroom except in your own RV.

Requests of the Puyallup Fairgrounds management: Follow the Terms below or you will be asked to leave the premises and you will forfeit all RV payments. 

  1. Only drive 5 mph. 
  2. Pets must be a leash and clean up after them. 
  3. Garbage must be placed in the dumpsters and not left outside of the RV. 
  4. No dumping or dripping of gray or black water except in the appropriate sewer hookup. ($500 fine per occurrence). 
  5. Personal items must be kept within ones’ space and kept tidy at all times. 
  6. Be respectful of others and no loud noise must not exceed 10 p.m. 
  7. No vehicle nor RV without the WWF registration in the front window of your vehicle can stay in your spot. It will be towed and cost at the owner’s expense. 
  8. In inclement weather, water will be turned off and there will be no adjustment to the RV rate.
